Cakes are not good as expected. It was just like a normal bakery cakes with regular creams but the prices are way high. Their badam and rose milk cup sizes are small and the taste was also below average but the price for each is Rs. 50. Located in a good place and decorated nicely but poor service, poor quality, poor taste with HIGH COST. Don't try here because sure u will get disappointed.

Food quality is good and taste. Price is on the higher side. Behaviour of some staff is so rude. For this I gave 3 star. Otherwise I will give 5 star. Sometimes they don't attend customers quickly by made them wait for more than 10 minutes which is unacceptable

Kovai sweets, bakery and hotel has huge variety in menu. Starting from tea, coffee, bun and butter to Briyani, dosa, poori they have everything. The meals was good, I loved the tiffin. The also have cakes and all types of snacks. They say the are open all night. Here hygiene is a problem. If they improve this they are the best.

In this location one would find this place as decent to dine in and also better for evening tea time

Too costly compared to other place. 150ml Rose milk costs Rs50 full of water with coloring agent. Snacks are costly and not worthy

One of the best Ghee Roast ever had. It's a must try to new folks.

Worst experience with the staff in the cash counter serving staffs are great

They are selling few expired products by mixing with new ones.Bought a buiscut which had few stale ones. No mfg or expiry date in any of their products . They store left over food items and sell it next day. The refridgerator near the food parcel counter is where they store the left over items! Bought 12 parottas in which 2 pervious day parottas were mixed . The masala for masal dosa was stored for days in the refridgerator near the parcel counter . Even left over vadas , bondas were also stored and sold next day .
