Peaceful and relaxing place... this is the site which have n number of trees...good at water supply,..our daily need like water,milk, garbage disposal, food are available...

Good place to buy land and build houses on your own. Please don't go to builders. Had a very bad experience with them. They will talk nicely to everyone until they get all money from you and then they won't even respond properly and won't complete the work they committed for.. Completely useless builders. Nice place to stay and fast growing land. So, buy land and build on your own. Please don't get cheated by Kovai garden builders.
It's interior. Have to come quiet long to access for basic needs like hospitals, schools, grocery shops. Main part is too long for public transport as well. Feel lonely as u won't find much sorrounding.
It's a peaceful place for retirement life... You can buy plots and construct on your own....And there are parks which are not at all maintained..

Kovai Garden Slightly located inside around 2 km from chettipalayam Podanur main Road. 50 Houses constructed. Clam, clean place and nice environment.
A place for non-veg lovers but they must follow some strict hygienic methods to handle the food orders... There is a lack of care in handling the food with dirty clothes which must be changed immediately.
