This should be your last option. The ambience itself is not that great. Food is also not up to the mark. Log time for orders and service is slow. We had breakfast here but there are good options nearby. Don't care about the customers.

WORST...got there and thought 4 star rated hotel must be good in food... the gravy for the paneer sabji is Attached in photo...even the paneer was not fresh..Chapati was foul smelling and wasnt fresh...Waiter does not respond..even at checkout i asked for Tissue paper...waiter said ' Not available'. when i went to reception for payment, there i saw tissue paper and the response from waiter was 'I was not having it'... and after this all, what i paid was 500 rupees...NOT WORTH

Our group had very limited options so we went here for lunch. They didn't have much variety so we ordered Thalis for everyone, pretty basic right. Our Food arrived really late even when we were assured that they will serve it in no time. Taste was not that great. Some items were left untouched. The restaurant is spacious and well maintained & an extra star for the view it had to offer from the first floor.

We went for dinner. Restaurant is clean. Food was GOOD. Idly hot and soft. Problem was with ghee roast, no ghee no roasting. You feel as if you are eating dry dosa. They served it with 2 chutney and sambhar taste was good. They could have served it in a small bowls. Nothing was given so you need to put all three together in your plate with dosa which leaves dosa soggy and makes it difficult to eat. Service was fast and good. Also it has nothing to do with Kovai Sri Annapoorna, nor it's a franchise of it. Over all it was an OK experience.

Pure vegetarian restaurant in Kodaikanal... Very good parking facility available ... Taste wise good ... But service was very worst... I have waiting in dinning for more than 30 mins .. no one ready to serve.. Connected with Domino's Pizza ... Toilet facilities available .. want to improve ... Hotels facilities also available on the 2nd & 3rd floors ... We want to pay for parking by advance then we can reduce the amount in the bill in the hotel ...

Just a usual veg restaurant. The food is tasty and good. But you have to forget about the cleanliness and hygiene here. The behaviour of the staff are also not so pleasing to your mind.

One of the worst restaurant in kodaikanal. Food is ridiculous. Very bad experience. Cost is high. Toilet is not clean. They are taking more than 10 minutes to serve food. Meals, paneer Fried rice, veg Pulao tastes really bad. Coffee and tea tastes like road side shop.

Over all poor service food taste wrost and the waiters don't even ask what we want simply they stand even if we wait for 30 mins . If we order meals means they won't look us after. If we order for separate things like fried rice and gravy means they everything with long time gap. Simply horrible taste
