This hotel is situated in nice area but some washroom does not even have working flush(speaking with experience) and the window's of some room are blocked from outside and in some rooms outside the windows there are homes that are building and the windows are getting dirty. The TV does not even work although it do gives homie vibes!
Very very conjusted. Rooms no fresh air very bad service no clean water no extra matress very unmannered receptionist very much messed up One the name of haveli its just a very low grade hotel not worth it to pay money for this non sense. Please never check in here not even for cost cutting you will regret. I hope you will never visit here

Worst experience i recommend family or couples should not stay here hotel is dirty and service is very poor my hole experience in Jaisalmer was good but just because of this hotel my Jaisalmer trip was ruined. It's not safe they check your room on their own if your not in the hotel. I went outside for dessert ride once I came back I saw my room gate left open when I asked the staff they don't involved much said check your luggage if nothing is missing it's okay I was scared of hell here because I was with my wife, also they were continuously forcing me to pay the full amount even before check out. I recommend not to go here with family to any one. Even basic hygiene like bed sheets were not cleaned and toiletries were not available like soap when I asked to change bed sheets that also not happened and they charged me 2000rs for 1 day
I loved this hotel during my stay . It's located almost centrally to the city. Staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. Hotel cleanliness was superb, rooms are spacious. Breakfast spread has fewer items but the taste is great. A nice place to stay.i really enjoyed it
They are scammers. They approaced us on railway platform, the informed us rooms are available for 24 hours with great service. We agreed and checked in the hotel at 6 AM. We took some rest and started our itenery for the rest of the day. They stopped us and advise to vecant the room. The told we have only alloted the hote to fresh up only. After that, they told to pay extra amount and room can be available for us. We had a long disput , we call police. Later we gave few bugs and left for the day. Very disappointed how the treat and cheat the tourist. We planned 2 days stay in Jaisalmer but looking at such response we skip Jaisalmer tour and spent additional day in jodhpur
