Sailing Club is the first club of this kind started at Kumarakom. Its located in a scenic place in the shore of Vembanad lake. The recreational facilities at this club is strictly for the club members. The club has good facilities for water sports & other recreational activities.

Absolutely wonderful place...the sit out had a great view of Vembanad Lake. The Club itself is quite basic, but that's deliberate...the members like it that way. The Club has 4 very nice rooms, in case you want to spend the night there. We were lucky to be have access to a speedboat which took us on out onto the lake to witness an exquisite sunset. If you like quiet time, this is the place.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms with friendly service. Members only and so food has to be ordered in advance.

A decent place. The rooms could have been a little more cleaner. The ambiance however is lovely. it's quiet and private. They have kayaks and speed boats for rent. Don't forget to order food ahead because they cook only on pre order and the restaurant isn't open all day. The food is good. Also, they only have single cots and no king or queen sized beds so couples you'll have to manage. :) Haha.

Located on the Vembanad lake close to the Thanirmukkam Dam, in Kumarakom, the place is beautiful. It has four air conditioned decent Guest rooms. There is also food available on prior order. You need to to be introduced by a club member to use the facilities.
