Kottapuram Overbridge - Bridge in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

I live around 100 mtrs from this bridge. Well...i Can't complain.... Because i use this road for like 6-7 Times per day and maybe more per day and I'm pretty used to the M G Road Block. and its always easy for a person whose used to travel through all the cut Routes. Everytime I want to travel i would cut-short my traffic by going through local parallel lanes . Also This bridge is a Very important connection towards town so thats why the traffic, I don't see any Road Widening or Bridge widening coming soon....so... Good Luck MG Road , Keep Up ha ha

it's ok. The road width is short. so there's always traffic here. especially in the peak hours. There police force to control, but have no use. Other wise it's good road .

West fort junction direct connect to thrissur swaraj round with stright road. Width very small but traffic system outstanding

The area is full of foul smell and can not go through that place. And there is heavy traffic

Outdated congested bride which is creating a traffic mess in MG road and also the bridge is utility is outdated 15 years ago itself.One the good example of pathetic development in the locality.

A bridge linking west fort,kottapuram etc to town. The railway track goes below. A busy and lively point . The kottapuram with its calmness on the one side of bridge, the view of Pooram ground with its greenery in front, the Shankarayya junction with its shopping centres close by. There are so many small shops nearby selling snacks in the evening, the book and magazine shops the mobile shops , the stationary shops etc around the bridge.The road is always busy with vehicles mostly private vehicles. Punkunnam railway station is close by.

It's old bridge, It is not maintained properly

The bride is very narrow usually heavy traffic is there if you can avoid this route and go around saves your time
