Treatment and appointment following method - 5 stars. Billing staff and time taken - 1 star. Dr. Ravi Nargis is patient and knowledgeable. More than that so humble and responsible enough that he even called me much ahead to say he could not make it to the clinic the day of my appointment and requested me to come same time the next day. That was so responsible on his part. So I am going all the way from Omr to this branch of their just for the doctor. But the billing takes half an hour. Pathetic. Women are there mostly and you can see the speed at which they work. And even if a person is new and don't know the system and where meds are place, speed is a humans basic requirement especially when you are at billing and stick handling. But they move slowly and max can see some tension but I suggest you hire quality people who are fast physically and mentally for this work cause the place is very small and there is no much space for people to wait.

Personal experience: I landed here after trying various allopathic doctors; Searching a cure for a recurring abscess caused due to a blind fistula.
