Kotna Riverside - Tourist attraction in Kotna - Vadodara, India

It looks very beautiful in monsoon. Must visit place for mini vacation and to spend some quality time.

Really great experience. People call it beach but once you reach their then only you will realise why it's called a beach. Highly recommend Speed Boat and kayak, Horse riding , Paddle boat, and of course you will get some light snacks like Papdi no lot, Bhajiya, Bhungda Bateta, Boiled sweet corn , Tea cofee and cold drinks. So visit this place with your family and friends. If you have a child they will also enjoy and as it's not that deep so it's safer to play/roam around the riverside. Just one note whenever you are visiting here don't throw here and there. You will find dustbin around.

Good place short 2-3 hours picnic. Boating & horse riding can be done. Make sure to take snacks and water along with you.

Relaxing presently, but the river front is under development, but by which authority is not clear. This needs to be clarified to public with some poster. Today this place is popular to youngsters but approach road needs planning and implementation.

Beautiful atmosphere... Can go with family and do camping... Also have attraction of boating and kayaking.. And some taparies like tea, papdi lot, batata bhungLa etc etc......

One of the best place for kayaking... Requesting people please keep it clean... Don't throw plastic anywhere...

The development on the mahi river is under progress. However, some of the spots are available for viewing, we visited the place in the evening, the lighting along the banks were the attraction. There is facility for boating which one should enjoy.

The river water is a bit muddy with pebble stones all over, no restaurants and washrooms. U'll find some hutments for some breakfasts n water.
