Staff Don't know how to behave with Patient. Receptionist also showing attitude as if there are no other Doctors in Pune. Doctor is good hence we visit from soo far, but staff is Pathetic (3rd Class)...!!!
Dr kothari was really good and experienced enough to understand the problem very well, I did read on some negative reviews prior to my appointment especially about time management but I suppose it took me less than an hour or so for my number, the fees was economical and treatment recommended was apt to my satisfaction.(4 stars since there space for lot more improvement)
Dr. Kothari is very good at understanding and communicating things. But unfortunately he was not available when I had to visit for emergency.
The hospital is in very bad shape. The machinery and instruments have dust all over. The staff is limited and doesn't know how to handle patients well. The overall management is not good.
Entry is not wheelchair friendly, the hospital needs to renovation.

Dr. Rajan Kothari is very brilliant doctor. He talks very politely with his patients. but his staff is very rude and unprofessional. all stars given only for Doctor.
Dr. KOTHARI IS VERY GOOD AND HUMBLE DR. Staff in the clinic is also very cooperative. Would definitely recommend this place for any orthopedic requirements.
Pathetic staff, rude behaviour, full of politics, no value of your time no point in taking appointments and tokens. I will highly not recommend anyone. Giving one star for doctor if you reach till him.
Good doctor, but the staff and management has no value for your time. The appointment process is the worst and a patient in pain is made to wait for atleast 2 hours inspite of taking a appointment. Pathetic behaviour.
