I recently had a horrible experience at Kothari Medical Hospital when seeking emergency care for my father, Mr. Gajenda Prasad Sharma. As a senior citizen and retired railway employee, my father suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, and is partially paralyzed. On a sudden evening, he started bleeding from his prostate, and in a state of panic, I rushed him to the hospital. The hospital came highly recommended, and I had hoped for a positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon arriving at the casualty department, we encountered Dr. Satija, a resident doctor. While doctors are often referred to as the face of God, his behavior left much to be desired. I provided Dr. Satija with the complete medical details of my father's condition, expecting at least some basic first aid treatment. However, my expectations were shattered when he learned that the patient was referred from the Railway Hospital. His demeanour immediately changed, and he flatly refused to admit my father, claiming that the doctor was unavailable and we should return the next day. It was evident that Dr. Satija's true intention was not to provide medical care but to prioritize cash and carry patients. His rude and ignorant behaviour was deeply disappointing, especially in a well-known hospital like Kothari Medical. As a citizen, I am disheartened by this experience, especially in light of the government's efforts to provide the Right to Health for all citizens during emergencies. It is concerning to see a hospital, known for its reputation, fail to deliver the necessary care when it matters most. In conclusion, my encounter with Kothari Medical Hospital's emergency services, particularly Dr. Satija, was far from satisfactory. I hope that the hospital's administration takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their emergency care services to ensure that patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve during such critical times.

One of the worsted hospital in bikaner I went there for my delivery they kept my baby in NICU fir 10 days with any reason just to make bill all staff demands money every time swiper can ask but even nursing staff also demands for money and night time there will be not staff to take care all nursing staff used to sleep after 12 and when we call them in emergency they were too rude and said clearly no to come and check. We stayed in cottage they charged very high price in less facilities I asked so many times for blanket but they did give even though they won't come to change bedsheet everyday I highly disappointed with kothari hospital and in future I won't recommend this hospital please don't go kothari hospital

Hospital is good and clean ,during peak time too much rush,shortage of nursing staff for 25 bed only 2 nurse in cancer ward

Excellent medical facilities but cost are a little bit high. Charges for regular services are relevantly higher compared to other hospitals. But they really gives you quality of services and hygiene environment. Rooms and all working area is clean and good. QUALITY WITH PRICES.

Worst service....it is better to go PBM bikaner. Doctors are good but other staff have no humanity and sincerity.
