My experience at Dr. Parul and Sonal's clinic was a truly pleasant one. I underwent a major surgery that required at least three days of hospitalization, which went as smoothly as possible. The whole team at work, including the brilliant doctors Dr. Parul, Dr. Sonal, Dr. Kanan, and the anesthetists, as well other members such as the receptionist, the nurses and cleaners was an impeccable one. But along with this professional expertise, it was the caring nature and the deeply personal touch that made me feel at home. The regular follow-ups and background checks before and after the surgery, the gentle and assured handling of routinely interventions, and overall calming atmosphere of the room and the hospital as a whole was comforting and heartening for both the body and the spirit. Highly impatient and rude doctor. My bartholin gland was removed with wrong diagnosis. The cost of surgery was huge along the pain I had to go through. Complete wrong diagnosis and had to go for another surgery in another hospital. Could not even call him in any emergencies as he is very rude. During coronavirus pandemic he was expecting prints of reports and was not treating otherwise. I had to finally convince him and I had to dictate my reports. Requesting expectant mother to not approach him as this time women want a doctor who can listen and respond to even silly questions.
