I don't know about the treatment given by this hospital. But, I am sure that the amenities provided here must be improved. I am a central government officer and visited here for blood & urine test. There is no toilet facilities available for urine sample. I had to use a very dirty toilet here. Photos of toilets are being attached herewith. I humbly request to the hospital administration/management, please look into this matter seriously and provide the better services to patients and their families.

Playing with innocent patients and their families is not acceptable.
Kindly check for ratings and reviews, which I didn't do before admitting my relative, my fault.
Shifted our patient to Ahemdabad and the surgery was simply successful.
Everything there's is (at Ahemdabad, Zydus hospitals) transparent and they don't scape goat you.

Additional facilities are available such as Resuscitation, Trauma Management, Poison
Management &Life support System. We ensure that quality healthcare is available to everyone who comes to us Apart from qualified doctors and skillfull nurses, the hospital has therapeutically sound dietary department with dietician. Aseptic precautions are maintained at the hospital by the housekeeping and maintenance department. A Pharmacy is within the hospital. Both the entrances of Kota Heart Institute are equiped with parking area & security guards. Vehicle services such us ambulance, omni van are available at all time.
Doctors team is good but overall it's not giving services as of Private Hospital. Cleanliness is a huge concern. Hospital washrooms are not at all clean and waiting area is worst.
Now a days our Government hospitals are much cleaner.
Further lower grade staff is not polite to the attendant of patients.
The service is very bad, the way the staff talk and the staff keep busy with the girls and do not pay attention to the patient.
