Went here for laser hair removal and am utterly disappointed!!The Lavelle road branch is the most disorganised group of people I've seen. The first time the technician went over my tattoo during the procedure (which btw should not happen), the second time the gel they use during the laser procedure was used as a gel to shave the hair and then the laser was performed with that same gel that had hair floating in it. Not just that I had small cuts all over my body because they were so irresponsible with the shaving. The fourth time I've booked an appointment with a particular person months in advance, I got a call for confirmation of appointment which I confirmed and then later that night I get a message asking me to call and confirm my appointment again. Now after all this and waiting 6 months for my appointment date, I go for my appointment and they say the person I've specifically asked for is not in that day and to get it done by the others who I've had a terrible experience with. They were very persistent in making me go through with it but after refusing they said I have to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment. After going back in 2 weeks, I was again made to wait as there was no room available for the procedure and "give us 10 more mins" seemed to be a theme going on there. And trust me it was not just 10 more mins. We all have things to do and time our day accordingly. Here they can't even keep to time or co-ordinate. Please do not waste your time or money coming here! What a joke of a place. They treat their customers like they don't matter and have time to waste!!!!
I heartily thank Renuka for helping me with a medifacial. She is very nice and friendly. There is lot of improvement in my skin condition with her treatment. Doctor Anupriya was brilliant too, she listens to all your queries and treats accordingly. Overall an impeccable experience.
I have edited the previous positive review based on the fact that there was absolutely disgusting after surgery care services, upon looking at credential of hair transplant surgeon, it seems like claims they made is false and deceiving. Nurses who operate are from north east previously working in salons with terrible knowledge of a surgery. Please don't visit this place for any hair or skin related treatments. Once your procedure is completed, they don't give a damn about you. They are good sales people though!
I'm currently getting a 3-session skin treatment and my experience has been great. The treatments are recommended by Dr. Sneha who knows the best procedures for my skin condition. The procedures done by Ms. Razia are excellent. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before starting the treatment session. She is personable and her calm demeanor instantly makes you feel at ease. Moreover she is knowledgeable and explained each procedure thoroughly. Thanks Razia!

Lavelle road has equipments that are faulty and resulted in electric shocks - I am happy to share more details here since emails are falling on deaf ear
When I went to Kosmoderma, I was suffering with active acne and acne scars. I went to Dr. Ranjitha for my consultation and now 6-8 months after her treatment I have clear skin with almost no scars or active acne. I would highly recommend giving her a shot if you have similar skin concerns.
It's just like dirty business they're running. The management staff is so poor I have half of my laser sessions left and they are not giving me updates on my refund from last 15-20 days. Initially they talk very sweetly but now when I want refund they are just delaying it. They are also not letting me talk to their superiors. Service is good though. But very disappointing to know that they are in just for taking big amount of money from customers. Very disappointed. Pls research and think a lot before going to this clinic.
