Because there is no choice of negative marking. As per my experience initially everything was ok specially before taking payments. Problem started when I asked for reports in soft copies as per given waiting time. I have to call four times starting from morning to evening then I received soft copies. Alas but this is not end of the story problems again started with hard copies. Firstly when I went there there was no one at reception I waited 10-15 minutes no one appeared behind the desk. Again next day I went to collect my reports but female attendent told me to come after one hour because both of the printer placed in reception are not working but sitting next to her male sample collector was easily printing his reports. I have to come bare hands God knows when I will get my reports. So -5stars
My husband went there for some diagnostic check. After 4 days of taking sample he did not received reports in hard copy.
I had given the stool sample of my daughter for routine test,but they had provided some another report by doing the wrong test. How can I believe in the reports provided by them?
