Korlai Fort is near to kashid beach. We have to travel from a village in order to reach the fort. The road to fort is narrow, at a time only single vehicle can pass. The fort is well maintained. Visited this place with friends on Saturday afternoon. Do carry your water bottle as there are no shop nearby.
This is the most underrated place in alibag But if u want visit this place deeply You must go at mrng or after At evening 5.30 pm entry should be close ....so plan accordingly to this time And concrete road is available at base of fort... but only one way road should be constructed and road is narrow so drive carefully....and this place is gives you the Dil chahata movie type feeling if you visit with your friends...our grp is record a video which is posted on my insta acc ...so njoy your trip ...

Beautiful fort. Make sure you carry plenty water if going during summer. Relatively small fort easy to climb but yet many buildings on fort are well preserved. Also visit light house available at base of fort.
Korlai was an unplanned by us on Sunday with very less crowd on the exact rainy day. And it was raining cats and dogs. 41kms from Uran and the ride was so direct into the roots of the fort. To be honest, I watched this fort few years ago and trust me the view from the fort on rainy days are worth. You would literally feel like not leaving from the fort, especially the view of village from atop. I have posted some photos and would like to speak through them.
You call this one as sea shore as no activities or food stalls here. But the beach is very good and clean. Very less crowd, you will barely find 10-12 people, which is very good to spend some quality time in peace with nature seeing beautiful sunset
