The beach look like heaven on earth .The beach is clean and unpopulated. You have to pay tickets inorder to enter the park. Tickets worth of 10 rupees are to be paid for each person.

Serene beach side perfect for a long walk and enjoying the waters. Can visit with family and friends. The beach was very clean and tidy too..!

Good place to visit with family. Ticket charge to boat journey is bit high.vehicle parking so good. Park is about average. Riding and enjoyment activities must be strengthened. No good restaurants.

Kootayi beach is a moderately crowded shore. I visited here on a weekend, i feel kootayi beach is not a real beach it's just a shore. There are no facilities available for a beach. Also the shore is clean , but we can enjoy the waves because we can walk up to 50 meters to the sea(in normal condition). Unlike padinjekara azhimugam there is no entry fee and parking fee that's a good thing.

No crowd, so good place to spend some time peacefully. But don't expect food or any attractions other than beach itself, if you're lucky might see fishermen catching fish and crab.
