I have spent my entire boyhood in this beautiful city & I still miss the small lanes, food joints, friends & ganges. This small suburbs have magic within its calm & comforting environment and whereever I may go & settle in, Konnagar will always be my home!
Konnagar is a busy station of Howrah Division. It's located on Howrah - Burdwan Main line between Hindmotor and Rishra station. It's quite clean station. It has 3 platforms. There are ticket counters on both side adjacent to plateform 1 and 3. There is a pay and use toilet beside the ticket counter. You can go to Burdwan, Katwa, Bandel, Tarakeshwar, Arambag and Howrah from here. There is no WiFi available. Thanks for reading... 8-)

Neat and clean station in the Howrah Bardhaman main line.Trains run at regular intervals. The station has a flyover. No subways.
A congested Railway station of Eastern Railway in Howrah- Bandel section. Outside the station there isarket place and a coffee shop namely Connagar Coffee Shop famous for tea, coffee and snacks.
