Very beautiful view point located on the right top of the ghat. The roads are very narrow but are in good conditions. This point is usually crowded with people as you get amazing view of the valley and the mountains. Must stop point if you're travelling on this ghat. Parking is an issue as there is very less space available and usually gets crowded with 4-5 cars. And there is very narrow pass soon after the view point.
During our family tour to Malvan, Sindhudurg, on the way we visited one scenic point & its name is 'Konkan View Point'. It is nothing but the gateway to Konkan ( Kanakvali/ Malvan) offers a panoramic view of Konkan. While going to Malvan through Phondaghat, we saw this scenic point and we stopped there for 30 minutes & took some beautiful snaps of lovely nature. At this point we saw magnificent greenish colored Sanhyadri hill ranges. We visited this place in November; however Monsoon will be the best time to travel through this place because at that time we can experience Nature's beauty, lush green mountains and waterfalls. You must visit this place and enjoy the beauty of the nature while going to Konkan through Phondaghat, you will definitely like it.
This place is so full of nature's bounty words and photos don't do justice to it. The place is located just next to another beautiful tourism haven called, Dajipur Wildlife sanctuary. It's a hotspot during monsoons and roads are also in drivable conditions during peak monsoon. You will be able to drive through mist and have fun all along.
This very famous point while entering to Konkan via Phondaghat. You can travel to Kankavali Kudal from this road. This point is called Konkan View Point. It is very beautiful. You can stop here for some time and take pictures of scenic beauty. This is the border of Kolhapur district and Ratnagiri district.

Wonderful fort. Amazing techniques of shivji maharaj. Clean ness is necessary. Washrooms need for the tourist.
Superb view of the valley. A road typically less traveled but largely safe one to travel between Malvan and Kolhapur.
Best place to chill out. 10km away from Radhanagar City. Radhanagar Dam - Backwater and Ravutwadi Waterfalls are the major attractions. Possible to visit both place in a single day.
Fantastic experience! Although people come to see bison only, there are lot to see various trees, butterfly, snake but for that you have to stay in camp inside jungle. Ticket required.
