Not picking passenger from chosen pick point as there is only 1 passenger. Bad customer service. Compensated with cash reimbursement for the inconvenience of taxing to the pick point. Time wasted. Not enough luggage space. Air-conditioning vent broken.
The quality of buses has come down drastically. If its before 1 yr I could have rated 3.5 and now o will limit to 1.
