Third class and low grade hotel, and cheater as well. They will charge for AC room, but they will not give AC service and talk rudely and with us. when we will ask them. No hot water, TV is there just for show case. It's not working, no basic facilities available at all.

Good for marriage functions and they take careres are too good

We came for in tirupati for wedding in our friends, we stayed in this hotel. They don't have proper basics facilities at all. No hot water, for AC they will charge but they will not give service. Staff is very rude here.

Third class staff and behaviour of staff, when I asked for hot water, AC remote, TV not working, they said it's like this only either you stay or go out. One of the low grade level hospitality and third class level of staff, never in life time come or book with this PPL even by mistake.

They will make it look clean when you are visiting for the first time, once you start staying in the rooms they won't even clean your rooms or atleast the corridor. Plus they will stop the lift and won't turn it on even if you ask them to do. Clothes and dishes needs to be done ONLY on terrace but they won't turn on lift even for that. They will turn the lift on only when the owner comes in / goes out.

Function Hall is Fine. But, No Parking available and Lift not working Properly. AC Rooms available. Very Close to Thiruchanoor Ammavari Temple.

Located near tirchanoor temple. Easy to find. Function hall is sufficient for 500-1000 capacity. Rooms are also available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Good for marriage and reception.

Perfect place to do any type of functions and gathering.Lift also available, so old people can go to upstairs easily, Good ventilation and lighting.Big hall.
