It was great experience joining Komal Zumba Acedamy....I have been joined this family since past few months..Its the best workout class I had experienced till now... special thanks to our mam...she is an awesome instructor .. literally it has become like an addiction ...I highly recommend Komal Acedamy.....
Since childhood, I have been fond of dancing. In my early years, I heard about zumba, but I never thought I would do it myself. The idea of joining to reduce pregnancy weight crossed my mind, but after joining Komal Academy, motivated by the trainer, I have been consistently practicing for two months now and am seeing changes in myself. Not only is my weight decreasing, but my stamina is also increasing. I experience less fatigue than before.
I really like Komal Pardesi's teaching style; she is quite energetic and provides excellent training, paying attention to everyone. She is more dedicated to making us learn than we are to learning from her.
The 7:30 to 8:30 batch she conducts is ideal for working women, and anyone interested, including beginners, can join.
This is my very first Zumba experience. Trust me this could never have been better because of our trainer Manjusha Mam. She is so good with the workouts and ensures we have a good workout throughout the entire week. It's really a fun experience as the sessions are interactive too. I would always recommend Komal academy for the best experience.

She' so friendly and encouraging us. Super fun class,great music & great moves. It's a lot of fun and it' is great work out. I really enjoyed this class.

Love this place and komal mam zumba classes she is teaching zumba in funny and fantastic way. All types of workout we do here. Trainer is so energetic I have ever seen.I recommend to all to go and spend one hour for yourself.
Initially when i joined this academy I wasn't sure if it would work for me. But later as days went , I was amazed to know that it's not just zumba but they lso have functional fitness, strength training and the list goes on. Feel really happy that 1 hr i devote to my health n fitness under good trainers.
