PROS - Doctor is really good , polite, professional and competent. I was suffering from tinnitus and got immediate relief . Clinic is also clean and easy to locate. CONS - a) It's on the expensive side. I don't mind paying 1000 bucks for consultation ( normal charges for any good doctor in dhantoli ) but you have to shell another 700 when doctor reviews your reports of the tests prescribed by him * when you visit him again. b) The staff is unprofessional and lacks proper communication. I was told to come between 7-8 in the evening and I did but the lab was closed before 8 and l had to head back . c) The staff lady said that sir might not entertain test reports done somewhere else other than their clinic ( I asked because their lab was closed ) . Edit - Sir respectfully, I thought of the second visit as a mere extension of first as it was just for the review of the tests that you prescribed at the time of 1st visit ( As my experience has been with other doctors) . But I understand your pov and I'll make the edit above.
I went to Nandu Sir for ear treatment of my wife, treatment and doctor's nature both are good but I booked Date-25/06/2023 an appointment 1 day ago on Lybrate app for tomorrow at 11 am and then I called the clinic next day at 9 am to confirm the booking when I took the patient to the clinic at 11 am and we paid the fees first and then noted the name in the register and we go to OPD around 12:35 so online is of no use, you are given the option to choose the time, it is of no use.
the doctor is good and treat Patients in very good way. but he charges too much from Patients . he should not charge to much from Patients at least from who are financially week.
For me he is the best ENT doc in the city. Super helpful, legendary and experienced, humble, compassionate and not at all money minded like many big ones. His priority is just the right treatment.
