Very bad customer service in colors..some staffs are very rude and they won't accept exchange if you have opened ur saree fully...the reason they are giving is they can't fold the saree in same way such a rubbish reason...bad experience that too we are their regular customers.

Horrible shopping experience at their shop in Vellore! They treat their customers as theives! They could install CCTV for controlling. While going inside, closing the bag is acceptable! Why should the purchase baggage be packed like gunny bag? They do not split our purchases too! All gets packed in 1 bag and one of us will have to carry it like the way how donkeys carry gunny bags! I will never step into a shop like this! Cost is not very less sometime we find things cheaper than this in Amazon. Moreover most of them are Chinese products.
