So I went there and I was told about coold sculpting wherein the girl who attended me only said that you have to eat cold food after treatment didn't talk about exercise or diet later even after six sitting my weight wasn't lost not even one kg , before enrolling I told them,my office will start and I will move to pune ,half of the procedure I will take in Pune but now they aren't transferring my case. NEVER VISIT THE INDORE BRANCH: Editing my review today because It's important I bring to light the big scam Indore Center guys are running. I've taken a 60K worth package for full body laser and facial peels. I posted a review about a month ago (attaching below) which has been now used as a reason to deny me services I paid for, and services I still haven't availed to be put on hold. They have denied me the refund for over INR 50K because of their No-Refund policy. Dr. Mayuri the existing doctor at the Center during my transaction promised me a full responsibility in case of dissatisfaction of the service and today she along with the Center head Kranti Kumar have suddenly decided all my sessions are finished without even looking at my spot area progress. The things have escalated to a level where I have got to know I'm not the only one, all these reviews are fake and a lot more people before me have been running for refund because of Kolors Indore Center's disloyalty towards their customers. It ends with me filing their FIR to the nearest police station and getting a resolution to the same, would you believe even the ex-employees came in my support and were ready to testify everywhere. Please don't fall for this scam - Read my previous review here: "This is one of the most mismanaged Center I have ever come across with. Sadly they lure you in with fake/paid Google reviews or highly populated Instagram ads and you end up spending a fortune over here like me. I've paid 60,000 for my full body laser and literally have been getting services that are so unsatisfactory. Every 2-3 months their laser technicians run away because they only keep 1 treatment executive for all beauty treatment clients leading to delayed sessions. Second, the risk is extremely high. The technicians are girls they invite from local salons who then perform laser on you who have no certifications whatsoever or an accredited 3-4 month training. More importantly the overall staff including the management team lacks professionalism let alone the ability to handle customer grievances adequately. I honestly regret every penny I've put in here, please find other beauty treatment salons in Indore if you can."
