The Most Worst Branch in Anantapur. The staff is not interested towards coustomer service instead of chitchat. I had worst experience sooo many times in kolors because of staff and their wu of talking and doing treatment. The management is focused on advertisement with heroines instead of taking care of customers and their services. They are taking amount and doing nothing. Please be away from this Branch i strongly don't recommend this branch. The staff are really making the customer feel sad with their behaviour. Most important point is the staff is not actively involved they just sit in their room and doing their chaichat. Everytime customer needs to reach them and. Ask them to start treatment. I am sure everytime they are wasting our time. The time for treatment is only 2 hours but the staff making that three hours because of their negligence.which is most unsatisfied thing is time consuming. Most worst branch.

I am giving this 1 start also because its not letting me give 0 stars. They deserve negative stars to be frank. I paid money for a service but there is no technician to perform the service, it is almost 9 to 10 months but no proper technician. Even customer care is worst because as soon as we say complaint they will disconnect the call. They are not returning my money nor transferring to a different. Planning to file a case on these people so that they will not repeat this for others

Worst treatment. Very lazy staff and irresponsible and reluctant. Only consultation and taking the bill was prompt and perfect. Nothing else was. They need to recruit staff who is active and knows how to respect clients. Minus stars. If I rang the bell no one atleast bothered to come until I rang it for 5 times. Such a worst branch.

Hii This is Trilok it was wonderful experience bon Kolors health care since 9 months No.1 center for the weight loss treatment, well caring, proper cleaning sessions taken, good maintenance, treatment comfortable and convenient. Products are well safe and secured. Excellent, neat, wonderful and perfect therapist. To say it in one word Overall No.1.

Worst Branch i have ever seen no proper responsible from the receptionist to the branch manager. On the billing side they will be perfect and while performing the treatment they will be irresponsible. Please be away from this clinic
