Kolaahalam Science Park - Science museum in Yercaud, Sengadu - Salem, India

Dear all friends. Science park will boost ur kids , about real science how it works. Well planned , equipment and science equipment to explain clearly the basics of science. Mr.MURALI who coordinate this park explains clearly and easy way about basics behind each science. It took 45 min of round the park with explanation. Sure kids will come to know what is behind each principles we are living around. Also one of the best place for resort stay and good food.. added only few photos. The place was closed for maintenance when I visited the place in October 2023. It is almost like a private park attached to a hotel. But it is understood that they used to allow visitors charging entry fee. It is at a remote direction away from other tourist spots.

Very Nice place to visit with kids for understanding basic Science Concepts practically. Mr. Murali Explained the concept behind Each and Every experiment Clearly and Patiently. Kids Enjoyed and Understand the small experiments. A must visit place while we are going yercaud Trip. -Ramya.

There was construction going on near by this park when we visited, so the park was isolated. It was open & it looks like no one is asking for tickets... seemed like a public park

One the best recreation park for kids and all aged people who visit Yercad. This place is full of infotainment. This park requires 2hrs of science experiment and fun filled time. Wright from simple concept to most advanced concepts are there. This park is located inside a resort. INR 100 is chargeable for kid and 200 for adult. Mr. Ramprasad who was our Instructer did a good job of explaining each and every experience it's importance and which standards in school these concept is applied. This park had got more then 50+ experiments.

Good place for kids to learn some of the basic science experimentally. Science graduate in the park expalined the concepts well. Just 15 mins walk from Yercaud lake on Govt Hospital road. Entry Rs200/- Person, free for kids.

At present science park is under renovation. So they didn't get ticket money but kind enough to allow us to enjoy the park. There is a kids play area. Best resort in yercaud to enjoy with kids. The greenery and silence gives you great relaxation. Must visit place to relax with family. Food in restaurant is prepared only after giving the order and hence can be customized as per your requirement .

Excellent place for kids and adults to know about some of the basics and interesting science theories through practical experiments. Our guide Mr.Murali was excellent and patiently explained about all the theories behind the experiments and let us try it. All the experiments were maintained well and in proper working order. One suggestion to management, if the grass can be cut , it will be helpful since some places were slippery due to previous day's rains and it was difficult for elderly to move around in the thick grass.
