It's subros Limited gest house,not for rent purpose only for their company new joiners.
Pros: good location; clean rooms; polite and helpful staff, option to prebook online with oyo. Cons: better property management required as hot water was not available, switch board and door knob was falling apart, housekeeping bell was not working. Only cash accepted at counter to settle bills. With better management the property has potential for adding more stars. There are a total of 14 rooms which split over ground, basement and first floor. Rates are economical and for basic bed and breakfast recommended.
Had a group booking for a marriage function.. please ensure you finalize the rates before hand.. negotiate if possible... a/c rooms do not have individual remotes.. so if you feel the need to change temp at night then u will have to go to the counter to get thw remote... they do provide RO water in rooms and one complimentary tea every day.. no dining facilities..
