They offer discounts with garunteed poor customer service and follow up with them. I had poor experience with them after purchase of TV, 3 day passed no installation technicians visited. Furthermore, even purposely, they will increase your bill amount. Once you inform them about the extra amount charged, they will force you to buy their other product instead of a refund.
