The location is horrible and tiny. But the rooms are decent especially the bathroom. And the receptionist is actually nice and friendly. The service is ok. But the extra "bed" they give is just a mattress and yes it looks dirty. Or else it's okay and a bit expensive.
If you are staying overnight - then not a bad choice provided you are comfortable with company of cockroaches :-). DO NOT ask for extra bed - as they will provide horrible mattress (which seems to be never cleaned after purchase). At least AC was ok - room was clean but not bathroom. Location is good - just 4 km away from railway station - calm and quite surroundings.
The guest house and villas are 2 different locations which are 50 to 60 mtrs apart. The rooms in the suites are quite spacious with good linen, wonderful cooling with appropriate ACs, ideal amenities in the form of wardrobes, TVs, tables and moving space. The bathrooms are quite good except that the plumbing needs to be improved. The shower wasn't quite good as it was having a broken pipe. Value for money. The location is quite away from the bustle of the city, but essentials are not quite nearby. So, that's about the Kodali Suites

Good guest house and well maintained. Clean rooms and toilet. Only coffee is served& for food u have to go out. Couldn't find good veg restaurant nearby when we went from chennai. Otherwise it's a nice guest house to stay. Night service is to improve
The rooms were okay, and the staff was responsive. However, during the checkout, when we complained that there were small cockroaches in the rooms, the manager made a rude remark that we were trying to negotiate room rates based on this. Extremely unprofessional, especially when we had taken 4 rooms for 2.5 days and paid the full money in cash. Can't believe that guest house managers have such little sense of hospitality.

We booked on line and paid. When we contacted the hotel, no room was available and we have to look out for alternatives at the last moment. It was a very bad experience. Of course, the money was promptly refunded, but about the inconvenience? We have not stayed to share the living experience.

A very good place for the food, ambience and the banquet halls. They have banquet halls for 200 capacity and 400 capacity. Well maintained and hygienic. Food tastes absolutely delicious and worthy. Valet parking is also available.
