Kodai Retreat is a good place to stay with family as well as group of friends. Rooms provided had all the adequate facilities and food served was also good. It was an overall good experience. Parking area could accommodate 5 cars.

We book a 2 bedroom apartment/suite through an internet booking. Mr. Deepak the front office manager made all the arrangements for us from booking of cab to pick us up from the Bus station-site seeing. The best part of the stay was that we visited Kodai Retreat was the staff was very helpful and courteous.The service was excellent. The food was tasty. The room service was quick and good. Good hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel with my family in non season(as mentioned in their website). To be honest there are some pros about this hotel such as 24hrs hot water,tasty food, good speaking friendly staffs(plz read the cons to), neat room. But the cons will make you more Irritating. Starting from the booking since it was not listed in online for the particular date I booked through phone at that time they said the price of Deluxe 2 bed room was 1250 rupees inclusive of all taxes but later they mailed as 1500 rupees. Second while checking in the hotel we were there waiting to get the room keys but suddenly a group of 10 came their to get accommodate they told to wait me and after alloting their rooms they came to show the room after 20 mins. In the room the rest rooms were not properly cleaned. No television. No properly working water pipes and I was asking them to change the room but they told we will change but never made it.. just imagine if you are getting a cup of coffee after 45 mins of ordered time how you feel... Even travel desk which they provide is too costly when compared to other travels.. Finally searching for my friend who suggested to stay here .

Couple Friendly and Good place to stay with Family for vacation. Manager Deepak is down to earth who gave more comfort for our stay " Very helpful &Never say NO" concept... Pleasant place to stay and middle place to go for all sightseeing... Kodaikanal lake is walkable from their nearly 10 mins... Twice a time i had a very good experience... Wish them to continue their service as like the same...

Staff is very good. Humble and helpful. View shown and rooms shown on the app do not match at all with the actual. No kitchen available, hence meals order has to be given in advance. (dinner order in morning). overall below average experience.

We were staying at the hotel from 22nd to 24 dec 2018 with complimentary breakfast. Except for hot water availability it was value for money. Hot water was available on 24th only as the geyser wasnt working for 2 days. Service was too good.

Nice, spacious and hygienic rooms in affordable price.. a bit away from the heart of town.
