Amazing views..... Actually it was a little cloudy when I went . But the feel is too good . All 4 sides we have green mountains . December and January we might get clear views . But the feeling to reach the top cannot be described in words . Actually the pictures do not make any justice. We need to experience it personally. Many of them do not come to the top they quit at the temple but my suggestion is to reach the top for the views, else it's not complete
Just an awesome place with breath talking beautiful view , and u gotta pay around 2-3k to rent the jeep or if u prefer walking also u need to pay for the entry, but i wouldn't recommend walking has you need to walk a lot to get to that place and once you reach again u need to start trekking to reach the view point . Renting a jeep is worth it as traveling in jeep itself takes around 45mins .
Piece full atmosphere and mind refreshing
A peaceful and wonderful place. I suggest everyone should see this wonderful place
Well, the beauty of nature cannot be underestimated. Enjoy the movement
It was really a different experience, after trecking the mountain....the view we get from the top is wonderful. The feeling of calmness we get at the sarvanjapeedam is really good.
The amount of one person is 470 from Mookambika temple. It takes almost 1 hour 30 minutes for one side journey. The jeeps are available at Mookambika temple from morning 6 to afternoon 2.30. After reaching a point where the jeeps stop you have to climb around 2 kms top to reach to destination. The days now I think are full of fog. Today there was too much fog. So the experience was superb. You can also try to rent the Jeep from the place where this Jeep ride actually needs to be started. No other vehicles will go through that route. There I think the jeeps are available till 4 in the evening and maybe the rates are less.
Awesome place to visit with family and friends... We took jeep from kollur, but I suggest trekking will be the best choice because in safari you will miss so many places which worth seeing. Even though there is Forest checkpost and all there is no control over plastics.. Deep in forest near by the caves it's full of plastic.
