I had the pleasure of dining at Marriott during my recent visit and it was an absolute good moment . The ambiance at Marriott is enchanting. The decor is elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends, this restaurant sets the perfect mood. Every dish I tried was marvelous.The menu boasts a diverse range of options, from local specialties to international favorites. What made this dining experience truly exceptional was the impeccable service. Overall it was an enjoyable day at Marriott.
I had a business trip and from he moment I stepped in , the experience was awesome. The front desk personnel, Rachel was really helpful . May it be for booking or reaching my stuff to the room or booking a cab back to the airport, the hotel did a great job. I would give all stars for cleanliness, respect for privacy and the promptness of the front desk. The breakfast buffet is vast but because i was on the rush i wouldn't say i got time to enjoy it. Definitely keeping it in my list of repeat stay hotels in cochin.
Overall great hotel. Luxurious, beautiful, clean, amazing (truely incredible staff), and delicious food. Great executive lounge with good alcohol options. However, lukewarm water most evenings. Nothing more depressing than getting off work and coming back to a lukewarm shower (can't even take a bath). 5 Stars except for the lukewarm water. *Edit they fixed the hot water*
I love this hotel and the facilities, staffs are very professional and polite, they always ready to assist and help you. Breakfast a buffet is amazing and staff around there are always taking care of you, The chefs are personally approaching guest and asking any special request, specially chef baba khan is one of the best. I felt like giving Three Stars only but changed it to four after i thought about how professional and attentive are the staff over there. They helped us with a problem we had during check in. The main issue for us there was the crowd. There were just too many people that the first remark my wife said on entering there was that the place looked like an Airport lobby. Very beautiful & crowded. I heard another lady from a family who was there in the elevator with us being quite vocal about the crowd and how the staff are having trouble attending to everyone. The room was excellent. Had a great view. It was clean and comfortable. We had Dinner and Breakfast Buffet from there. It was quite good. There was one small issue with regard to the food in the counters, during dinner & breakfast, which i would rather not share here as i communicated the same to the supervisory staff there. And she was very attentive and professional that i feel i better not share the same here on a public platform. It's just that we don't expect something like this in a Five star hotel. One staff who was posted there near the food counter to correct that problem during breakfast service showed that we were not the first ones to notice the same. The staff in Kerala Kitchen were all good. Will visit again in some non Rush hour days i think. When there's no crowd.
Not at all happy with the service provided. It is no where near 5 star rating. Rooms are small and do not have tub options. Had poor experience from front desk. Even from the restaurant certain staff members provide wrong information and give a cool welcome to guests. This leaves a service which is lot more to be desired.
