Kochi Express was the first Restaurant in Dugri that I had really liked. The food there was good, especially South Indian Food. I liked the interiors and ambience of the restaurant as well. Service was good too. Mostly good although there was one time that they were pretty rude to us, which was disappointing. Overall, a good restaurant to dine in.

Kochi Express Resturant is a nice vegetarian restaurant. Both north and South Indian dishes are served here. The staff is courteous and service is quick. The overall ambiance of the place is excellent and is a nice place to be visited with family. We tried South Indian food and found the taste authentic. Buffet option is also available at very reasonable price where one can enjoy both north and South Indian food on all seven days of the week. The weekly buffet menu is displayed on wall in the very impressive entry and menu of the day is available on your table.

We celebrated my first nephew's birthday at Kochi express on 25th of November 2022 We opted buffet for our big family group. Food and drink were absolutely delicious 5/5 Staff was helpful and attentive 5/5 We had a memorable day. We will be definitely visiting again. Thanks Kochi express team.

Nice South Indian restaurant. 1. Food: 4/5 Nice food with good taste. Portion size is good, prices are decent. I expected more menu options from Kerala. Food quality is good and authentic. 2. Ambience: 4/5 They have tried giving little South Indian touch with wall designs but kept the North Indian fine dining intact. 3. Service: 4/5 Staff is polite, courteous and professional. They are knowledgeable about what they are selling. Service time is usual 15-20 minutes. Visited in October 2021

The overall experience at this place was great with good food n reasonably good service... However the place feels crowded due to compact seating arrangements n especially on weekends it becomes too crowded n noisy as well. We tried their standard buffet priced at Rs455/- per head including GST n honestly the quantity as well as quality of the food was superb to say the least. We were served a variety of South Indian n North Indian dishes including dahi vada, paneer dosa, sambhar vada, manchurian, veg cocktail kababs, paneer tikka as snacks n of course we could ask for as much quantity as we wished. After that the main course included daal makhani, kadahi paneer n mixed veg as dishes and a variety of 2-3 Indian breads. Sweet dish had the choice of pineapple sheera n ice cream n one glass of cold drink per person too was included in the buffet dinner. Definitely the quantity was way more than what anyone could finish n staff was courteous enough to refill your plates with whatever you wished. We never asked for anything twice as we had been to this place earlier as well and knew that only one serving too would be more than sufficient . The only negatives were the excessive rush n noise but being a Saturday, we adjusted accordingly...

Subpar quality. Chutney were stale. Podi idli was not upto the mark. Too expensive. I could get much better quality in quater of the price I paid. Not visiting again.

It will sound funny, but it's true. In case of buffet, when you take your time, eat calmly and sit for more than 60-70 mins and still eating. Waiters serving you become eager for you and expect you to leave asap because the peace and calm behaviour of waiters become serious with time, when they keep on serving you the dishes after 60-70 mins. The smile and politeness vanish from their face. Faced this thing not once or twice but many a times. Anyhow, I like to go there because of the food quality.

Illiterate staff of this restaurant. Do not know how to treat their customers. Their food is not tasty. Manager(lady) of this restaurant is very rude. We did a kitty there(24/09/2023) and did a buffet there. They charged extra money for water which is not acceptable. We spoiled our day.
