Staff really seem to want to sell better, but possibly let down by the management due to absence of new stocks or designs. Storefront is very attractive and they should use this to their benefit. Parking is going to be a concern here considering it's a stone's throwaway from a busy intersection, as well as a makeshift Bus stand for private Buses traveling out of Bangalore. Their factory manufacturing facility is in Karwar we were told, and the shop is around 15+ years old.

I have been a regular at Ko for the last 7 years perhaps. While the in-store experience has been good no doubt, my online ordering experience has been far less than satisfactory. The staff is rude when you reach out to them, and the mails go unresponded despite polite reminders. And some curt responses! I am yet to receive my order, which was supposed to be turned in some days ago. Very disappointing.

Poor Quality and highly expensive I had bought a silver ring in July but within 1 month the colour started changing, their reasons were not satisfactory. Recently when I checked the purity of the ring it was only 70% and the estimate for that ring was only Rs400- Rs500 but here they told me that it is of good quality and sold it for almost Rs1000. Very disappointed about it.

One of the most useless jeweller! They respond once in blue moon and are very rude! No decorum! English is pathetic while they respond! While we ask for any design, the answer is No! Then say, if you want wait for 3 weeks! (As if slapping on face?) I think you guys should train them on softskills! Worst Practices!

Very Nice and authentic Jewelry Collection...! We can see almost all types of traditional jewelry, especially in Karnataka. I have been buying the Jewelry from KO shop for 8 years and the quality of their products is really good. I think one of the best Silver Jewelers in Bangalore and Karnataka, all the jewels are made by hand and its a very very intricated design. About staff Amazing People... they are very courteous, very well informed and they are very keen to help you with what you really need at the shop. I would really recommend the shop for those who want to buy unique jewelry.
