It was a totally a frustrating experience in this salon and won't suggest anybody to visit here should read the review as showing fake luxury salon of Mohali. disappointing experience at Knuckout Salon, and I feel compelled to share my review. Despite being marketed as a luxury salon, they fell short in terms of reliability and valuing customer time. My appointment was scheduled one day prior in advance, but when they have done the service which I was there for they have stopped before the another session and inform to wait for 30 mints. I patiently waited and later they re kept me wait for more 40 minutes. Which make me totally out of patience..it's been 1.10hr I was waiting for which I have already paid in advance. how they can waited their customer for so long? had to wait for an extended period before being attended to. This delay was frustrating, as I had other commitments and expected a high-end salon to respect my time. Furthermore, the quality of service didn't live up to the luxury salon reputation. The rushed nature of my appointment left me feeling like I didn't receive the attention and care I expected. That lady manager don't value the customer and it reflected in their work. In summary, Knuckout Salon failed to deliver on its promises of quality and punctuality, which are crucial for a luxury salon experience. I would caution potential customers to consider these aspects before booking an appointment.

I got my hair spa and facial from Anamika. She is undoubtedly amazing! I have never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated before this. They invest good time in any service and are very hospitable.

I had an amazing experience at the salon with their skilled beauticians Anamika and Ajay. The service was top-notch, and the beautician's attention to detail was truly commendable. They listened to my preferences and provided personalized recommendations that left me feeling pampered and satisfied. I walked out of the salon feeling like a new person, thanks to their exceptional service. I'll definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!

It's a great experience to be here in this salon and service by Ms. Choaba was really wonderful. She has excellent skills , caring, soft spoken and really very friendly towards her clients. I really mark her the best one here.

Monika - worst receptionist ever ! I visited this salon many times and had many services. I always had nice time until i had to deal with this new receptionist Monika. In my first interaction she tried to charge me 2000 rupees extra for a service which was not that expensive. H And in my second visit I had service which they consulted me that it is included in my previous service. But then again she charged me 1500 rupee more. If the salon owner wants to bring customers back they need to take her out of the reception! I am reducing 3 stars from my previous review just because of her. I wish google had multiple review options.

It was my first experience with Knuckout Mohali and I much appreciate it...had global hair color, global highlights merging, ola plex treatment, manicure and pedicure. Worth every penny. Outstanding team, great ambience and impeccable results. Thank you very much Vishal sir for creating natural-looking highlights. You did a fantabulous job! Manicure, pedicure on point. And Gagan sir, can't thank you enough for making all the arrangements. 10/10 service. Totally a go-to salon!

My hair was so dull and frizzy before my visit to Knuckout salon at sec-79 mohali,There i met with Sam sir and then he did magic to my hair.I had a wonderful hair treatment and hair colour experience with Sam. He gave me best hair service and the results were absolutely amazing. I really appreciate his work.Their other staff members are very polite with customers, I am fully satisfied with my hair service. Thank you soo much guys for wonderful experience,will visit soon
