Worst Gym. I paid fees for 3 months and personal trainer, but the personal trainer was fired midway. Further more in the coming months, the gym was left with zero trainers. Gym has no electricity half of the time. Its a shame that Cult has partnered with this gym.Owner refused to refund my balance money. I had no other option and joined other gym. If only i had the option of giving a zero rating.

A space is designated for storing each piece if equipment, so there is no fear of tripping. Great gym love the ambience always having a great workout Sessions

Owner keep AC/Fan off Afternoon time. I requested to turn on AC and he replied - Kisi single person le liye kaise chalu kar sakte hai. Then i requested to turn on Fan and he said - FAN kharab hai. I think this is the reason behind empty gym. You will find gym completely empty most of time (hardly 3 - 4 people attended at a time). I paid for 1 Year and gave up within 3 weeks because rude behaviour and attitude in his words. Mere paise, meri taraf se Gym ko Bheek Rakhlo.

I went for enquiry n was amazed at how polite the owner n staff were.Specially Miss priyanka who was the trainer there showed us the place an was very patient. Very nicely made Gym with all facilities.clean n chic.if u are stayin in vashi koparkhairne side plz join today ...

Not a good space to work out. Arrogant and rude staff. Mostly money-minded, sending too many promotional messages, even when asked not to. I was turned off by the gym and its staff at the inquiry stage itself. P.S: The quality of the gym is reflected in the owner's replies.

My first experience with Knock down and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week. Hands down, best choice I've made training at knock down. The trainer's are super nice and really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every work out. It's a hard workout with happy people and I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
