The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't even know how to behave with kids. One more thing for the owner: please consider relieving your store manager (the person who hangs out at the billing section, the clean-shaven guy) if you want to grow your business. To wedding parties, I would recommend avoiding this place.

Has some expensive collections and we have to carry the baggage of dress it's something different from other textiles in perinthalmanna.its okay for wedding collections and kids clothings.

Lots of dresses are available but the staff are not attentive. If a specific area has a lot of customers and only 2 staff, staff from other sections (literally 3 steps away) won't budge or help even if they have no customer to serve. For me, the main thing about a textile is the staff and how attentive they are. If the staff(Service) is very good, we would purchase something, even if there is a shortage of collection.

Wedding parties pls step back ,purchased around 28000 Rs from there , no consideration for wedding parties , no discount and high pricing . Size alteration after purchase was done on payment , no consideration for any party , even 250 rs charged for alteration from their shop , never ever suggest KMT Silks
