Hi This is Muneer Im Currently doing internship in KMS. This is my new experience and especially your amazing staffs, gave me excellent care and made me about as comfortable as I could be! I learned many things Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered. I just would like to thank them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be!

I would not recommend this health centre to anyone for any treatment and for especially covid-19 treatment based on experiences of my family. This hospital lacks adequate life saving medical infrastructure like high ventilator, lacks qualified and experienced doctors, lacks trained nurses and support staff. Is dependent on services of inexperienced visiting doctors. Patients remain unattended for even basic needs like timely offer of water for thirst quench, facilitation for bio-calls etc. etc. Quality of operations, monitoring, recording, documentation and communication of patient's health status lacks professionalism and rigor. Services are despicably below accredited standards. The hospital could not arrange for remdesivir. Without knowing if offering remdesivir would suit for my father's medical condition, the treating doctors directed me to procure remdesivir citing their inability to arrange for it. After remaining admitted here for 10+ days for covid treatment, the hospital staff mercilessly asked me to transfer my father to a hospital with high ventilator facility and did not provide any support in getting admission into a more sophisticated hospital. During the treatment despite periodic enquiries on how my father was responding to the treatment, there were no medically informative answers. On being implored to provide monitoring records of my father's response to the treatment, the health center miserably failed to provide any evidence. There are irregularities in their billing as they choose to attribute an unreasonable amount for food.

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone at all. They killed my Dad. He was very stable while admission except for need of O2 support. Whenever we asked about patient status stereotype answer would be will know in 3 days . Never a relative update on progress or regress was reported. There was no regular blood tests done and neither maintained. They unnecessarily gave him Remedisver and detiorated his status further by doing no review at all at the end of each Remedisver. After giving this inj the patient was shifted to ICU while he was normal before that. Doctor on enquiry said inj has nothing to do with oxygen dip. Finally when his condition totally deteriorated they cunningly advised to move to a high configuration hospital. We cannot forgive the hospital for the irreparable loss that they had incurred to uspurely on the grounds of sheer negligence.No periodical medical examination done in the duration of stay at the hospital. Very poor quality discharge summary given and no proper explanation from the staff doctor. Very poor medical support staff.

Vaccination for covid done here. I went for my mom(senior citizen). Now they are providing vaccine only for front line people, senior citizen and others only if doctor prescribed as per govn instruction. Air conditioned reception available to wait. It took 1.5 hours to get vaccine only waiting time. Before inject there is a doctor consultation about BP, oxy rate and other usual health checks. Overall we feel safe after vaccination.

My relative got her RT-PCR test done from KMS at home. They provided a report where there is no signature of a doctor or any authority and also they charged my relative 1,800 per test.I doubt their reports.

Good service provided for COVID 19 testing by collecting samples at home. Doctors provide best treatment with outmost care.
