I had a great experience with Caritas C-Care! The staff there took us to our appointments and explained what to expect. We got priority for our doctor consultations which helped given the crowd of people waiting to see the doctor. Overall the staff was very helpful and knowledgable about the process and helped us get through all procedures quickly. Highly recommend to others and I will definitely be returning for a follow up when I get back to Kerala next time.

Waited two weeks to get to see the Very inattentive , unprofessional Veena Ramalingam. And after all that there was no use. No patient history taken prior to seeing this doctor and as such my time wasted and though a regular at Carithas, this person's attitude has left me wondering was it worth it at all. The Senior consultant Dr Kesevan, was extremely courteous and helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure our well being. All other staff are very helpful and service oriented. Especially lab staff and Reception staff Lino.

I along with Dr. Prasoon Kuruvila got an opportunity to be the part of planning, implementation and operations of first polyclinic project of Caritas Hospital-establishment of CKMM Hospital. It was an amazing experience which polished my abilities of administration, documentation and managing by working as the Centre manager of CKMM Hospital. Working experience with Dr. George Cheriyan was really a life time achievement. He professionally and personally supported me a lot. All the other staffs especially Mr. Amal (pharmacist), Mr. Shaji (Kurishupally Church staff )and Mr. Ajimon (board member), Mrs. Soumya, Mrs. Susamma - senior staff nurses and all other staffs supported me a lot. I express my sincere thanks to Rev. Dr. Fr. Binu Kunnath Director Caritas Hospital , CKMM Doctors, Staffs, Co-workers and to all Caritasian for supporting me during my last few fruitful years of journey with caritas team. Came there at 1100am. The stairs from parking lot to hospital is strewn with broken beer bottles and glass. Very unprofessional considering this is the way to the hospital from the parking lot. Registered for new OP admission. We were the only patients waiting at the time. Doctor timing was 0800 till 1200. We were told to go into the doctors room as we were the only patients at the time. Apparently doctor was away on his break, so waited till he was back. Even though we were next in line our token number was 21. We didn't know what the doctor looked like. We were sitting in the waiting lounge opposite to tue docs room. After half hour an elderly gentleman entered the docs room. There were other patients who came to the hospital by this time. There is only one MBBS doc available on any given day. Others are consultants who come and go one single day of the week only. Someone else entered the room immediately afterwards. Looks like he knew the doctor. We were waiting to be called by token as we didn't know we had to fight our way in. We could see people starting to crowd around the room as if to get into a ksrtc bus. After a while one of the hospital staff came and asked why we have not gone in yet. We are not used to fighting with the doctor for our turn so we politely refused and went to Medical Centre instead where the process was familiar to us. I went to this hospital not realising this is part of Caritas Hospital. I already have a very bad experience with Caritas Hospital. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone when there are other hospital very close to this one (10 mins away) in kottayam town. The registration fee is 200 INR. Registration fee at a full fledged hospital like Medical centre which is only 10 mins away from Puthenangadi hospital is only 200 INR and you can see specialists at medical centre instead.

Very happy with the services here.Have taken my kids multiple times for consultation and was happy with the treatment and the services. Nursing staff were excellent and supportive and caring. Special thanks to Juby sister for her support during my visits.

I would like to appreciate the working of CKMM Hospital starting from reception to pharmacy after consultation. Very serine atmosphere with good parking facility, very courteous and professional approach from doctors and nursing staff - I love being there. Ideal place for treatment in busy crowded Kottayam. Keep it up.
