KMCH SULUR HOSPITAL - Hospital in Sulur - Coimbatore, India

I got treatment of my wife with gynecologist Dr Vanitha. Dr is good . Labour room nursing staff is very bad and irresponsible. They have racist behaviour with North Indians. Cleanliness of wards and rooms is very unhygienic. Just consult but don't get your patient admitted in this poorly managed hospital. Insect inside horlicks cup served by canteen.

Pls don't to go this hospital if u want a happy and safe delivery. dr vanitha nollathambi is very rude and doing everything carelessly because of her we have been suffering after delivery of 3 months too.we don't wish to go to this hospital after delivery.. bcos of her carelessness we spent twice the money to other hospital for further treatment . Even other doctors are scolding her by seeing my condition. All because of her careless behaviour

My relation admitted for fever.There is no proper bill for pharmacy.item wise exact bill not provided. For tests no test reports provided.Bathroom is worst like a public toilets. Doctor visit only one time in a day. There is no proper communication between patient and doctor.they won't inform what is the problem and what treatment is going on.

I went for check up for my kid. Treatment and doctors were good. But toilet hygiene is not so good. Also being a branch of famous hospital network, they have only cash and card acceptance but not the scanning system for paying. In canteen even card is not accepted and only cash we need to give. Also ATM which present inside went out of service which put us in a hard spot to figure out a atm to buy any food or juice for my baby. Definitely this is not expected from a reputed network hospital as even a small vendor in street have a scanniny system to pay now a days.

People have to wait for 1-2 hours to meet the doctor.... This is the time when they are not only waiting but also sharing their diseases sitting in a waiting hall together . This must be improve.

Money minded hospital .They ll never see humans as human.vanitha gynecologist is too bad during delivery .Even public toilets looks good than this kmch hospital. Even government hospital labour room looks clean and hygienic than this hospital .Such a poor maintainence.

For the staff, the administrative task at hand is important, let the patient wait. Refusing to accept UPI payment (all the time), though the system is capable of accepting it.

Such a worst hospital I have never seen in Coimbatore city . Even the small hospitals are having a better management than this Sulur KMCH. Suggesting to visit some other hospital than visiting Sulur KMCH . Management is very bad , they never know how to treat or behave to the patients visiting the hospital .
