KMCH Speciality Hospital - General hospital in Erode - Erode, India

Treatment is good. Well experienced doctors are providing good quality of care. Need to concentrate to improve the emergency ward since it is a very small room and very few people are working there. Need to wait a long time . General wards are very poor facilities looks like a Government Hospital.

Worst Staffing..Receptionist aunty putting lot of scene.She asked my number to check the details..she wrongly entered and blaming me & getting angry on me,I don't know her name,she is behaving like she's the one who running the hospital

It is very worst hospital even emergency also they won't treat good. My father passed away in that hospital on feb 2023. Especially heart related treatment don't go inthat hospital. It is full of money mind. If we are asking to go other hospital also they ll make delay.. I lost my father

Very worst service in this hospital. They only focused on money mind, if we paid money day by day they increase charge. Many doctors not use our profession as social responsibility, but here their doctor only working on money motive, because thay are not a normal people. They only support cash treatment, not for insurance. This hospital activities like ramana movie fraud. I said on thing to all the doctors, if you are not a doctor you are also normal people, don't forget it I never saw like this hospital.

Very very worst hospital. No proper maintenance. Only focusing money on normal injury into as high bill. This is the hospital very worst in insurance claiming. Staffs in insurance and hospital management also not give correct guidelines for insurance claim. This hospital is 99 percentage avoid the insurance claims. If they won't accept insurance on starting or telling reasons please go nearby hospitals there more good hospitals with proper guidance.

Money minded cold heart people: Even though CMCHIS insurance( Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme) person told me that all expenses except room charge will be covered as part of this scheme applicable from patient admission date, KMCH asking me to pay half of the amount as bribe and asking me not to check with CMCHIS insurance person on this and i have paid the bribe amount, since my grandpa has upcoming surgery in 15 days with same doctor. Worst doctor Poonusamy, not explaining clearly about kindey bypass surgery happened to my grandpa and not ready to clear patients guardian(my) queries. After checking with Coimbatore Main branch customer care they admitted half of bribe goes to doctor and the other half goes to hospital. I was speechless. Worst house keeping services - no cleanliness -Restroom not clean and flush not working in room 421 & room cleaning person always keep restroom open even on/after cleaning. Worst nurses- not gentle & no care about patient pain, they shake the needles like anything for every new trips they inject and not even cares about patient screams, no humanity here, they treat patients like animals Will write a detailed review after 1 month after observing my grandpa's health. No car parking facility

Visited Paediatrics and Paediatric neurologist doctors here. Doctors and nurses are very good and caring. Only con here is too much crowd and getting rooms for IP is very tough. Some vacant Rooms were available but denied for breastfeeding kid as it's allocated for someone else. Thankfully Dr Thiyanesh sir arranged an alternate for our kid.
