KMC lost it's service excellence. Staff are very rude and they literally have no idea about what they are doing. Very disappointing. They are working in the hospital industry but sympathy empathy and understanding is zero.
Tower 1st 8th floor house keeping, nursing staff and even the trainees were doing awesome work. I am so satisfied about KMC staff love, care, hospitality and treatment.
Don't admit here under Suraksha ESI AYUSHMAAN They taking too long time almost 2 days for discharge.. My brother admit here under Esi after 3 days they informed us that our Esi file has been rejected so you have to pay full amount, than we pay amount by cash after waiting 2 days for discharge...
Wrost hospital I don't suggest any one to there ,ward staff are very careless, very very bad experience simply waste of money , students are doctors,nurses even they don't know how to inject,wrost ward facility , irresponsible ward nurses they are busy with there writings, treatment also not usefull .
Doctors and nurse are nice but the billing ladys are care less they are not botherd about anything they keep gosiping and their behavior is bery rude

Good doctors, helpful nursing staff. Despite being hectic attending lot of patients they show patience and listen to you. I have absolutely no complaints on that. But admin staff can be better. Sometimes feel procedures are longer than treatment itself.
Good hospital. Always crowded. Outside patients are more than in-patients. Parking is very less. You have to park the cars in their dental college premises around 500m from the hospital. General ward is well maintained. Canteen food is tasty.
