Kloud Restaurant and Lounge - Biryani restaurant in Jaigaon - Alipurduar, India

Went to the lounge but most of Shisha flavours weren't available. Chicken 65 tastes was disgusting. Staff weren't attentive and the lounge was booked for birthday celebrations but still they asked to sit us. No professionalism in service and management. About the hotel staying there were no one at the reception so stayed at another one beside this.

It is a very good hotel, one of the best actually in jaigoan. I am very impressed with the taste and ambiance of the restaurant. I'd highly recommend it to all the locals and tourist who are visiting jaigoan and Bhutan to stop at the hotel and have a very pleasing meal.

The place is good for family and friends to dine in. Non vegetarians can be assured about the food quality since I loved all the orders prepared by the chef. A must try is chicken dry fry.

Hotel is good with very cordial staff Rooms are bit smaller. Food quality of the inbuilt restaurant are very good specially for vegetarians. Price are also very decent compare tourist place hotel. One Star is deducted because of room size. Location wise it is very near to Bhutan border around 450m only

Good decent hotel with all basic amenities. Wifi connectivity is good. Hotel service is good. Food is really amazing here.

Food is great and reasonably priced. I especially liked the biriyani and the phirni. The place also has a hookah bar but since it is next to the main restaurant in a different room, you can easily dine there with your family.
