KLM Fashion Mall, Chandanagar - Clothing store in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

I have been twice to KLM Fashions and I was very much satisfied with the amount and quality of collections they had especially for kids at very reasonable prices. The most satisfying experience I had was because of the service, patience of most of the staff. But 1 staff whose name is Kumar was so patient , enthusiastic and not at all hesitant to show so much varieties even at and post closing hours with such a smile ..We had in our 2 times visit found the same person showing us clothes with such interest. Hats off to this person and also other staff as well to not shy or be lazy to take out clothes even post closing time ...

I have gone to KLM mall multiple times. Their stock is always old, but it is good. The variety is also no there but they have affordable clothes. Most important of all, they don't have my size. All the stock is large or extra large. They don't have medium size. They only say that medium is most sold. But never maintain stocks for it.

Good collection and have variety of sarees daily wear simple saree and heavy sarees also available here according to our range they were showing sarees and staff is also humble and polite I really like collection

Good customer service but price is too much

Definitely poor service with the customers there is a manager murali in mens wear floor worst behaviour with the customers, he don't how to communicate with customers,rude attitude, his anger issues showing on the customers, I'm sure that because of his behaviour we never go to the KLM. Thank you KLM(im since 3 years customer to you)

Had a really bad experience with. My mother purchased some sarees and one of the saree was damaged which she did not notice earlier. When she went there to exchange they bluntly said it's our mistake and they can't do anything. Really bad and arrogant staff. Would not recommend this showroom to anyone.

It is a small mall and i don't find impressive inventory of fashion fabrics. The Covid19 restrictions are very loosely followed. There is no hand sanitiser at the entrance. The products are less costly than the other shops nearby. But the stocks are low and the varities are lacking. The internal floor arrangement is impressive and you will enjoy shopping here. There are four floors accommodating ladies gentlemen and kids sections. You can easily visit the individual floor sections with the use of lift. You can also use stairs if you so like. The parking is available and most importantly you can park your car in peak hours in a very busy junction of Chandanagar, where it is difficult to park your car. The salespersons are customer friendly. The mall is also wheel chair accessible. Overall the mall is clean and it is easy to shop here.

Very bad shopping experience... I wont recommend my family members, colleague & Friends to visit KLM. The unprofessional way of dealing the customers are observed there. "Nuvu Kone 500 rupees saree ki vipi chupinchala...damages emi undav antu rude ga samadanam vachindi ".Damages unte memu endhuku petukuntam antu response. Last month taken 5 sarees and courier to relative there they observed damage in 1. on that basis i have requested to open and show got rude response. Hope KLM management looks forward & it should not happen to others.
