This place is a good place for shopping at all the ranges of your budget, party wear frocks for girls, teenagers and women are available at very affordable prices,even boys party wear collection is good,sarees,salwars, dresses what not.. overall it's a perfect family shopping mall. Staff should be appreciated, they suggest the customer if they r confused and are very polite.

The place seems to have good collection but the customers are not allowed to explore the collection as there is always a pestering sales person behind you. I appreciate if the sales person is ready to assist you and suggest options, because that is service which the customers want. However, in this mall, I failed to find the service attitude, it was something else, maybe their commission or incentives or so, not sure, but that restricts the customers freedom to choose as you are following them everywhere around the floor, which is irritating. There are different mindsets of customers, some who wants that over attention and some who wants a little freedom to make their choice. So, I would like the management to understand the pulse of the customer and then offer service, so that it remains a service and not turn into torture, which leaves a bad taste. Maybe all the staff is not like that but I did face such an experience with a sales girl at the ladies sarees floor, which was not good.

Keep Loving More They maintain the floors cleanly and have separate billing section in each floor, it's help the customers for save time and no rush .Then final selected products they sent to the ground floor. Some clothes have a reasonable prices and good quality. When I visited, sarees are provided with quantity of 5 are Rs.1000. our family were bought 10 Sarees. I enjoyed with my family and spend 5000 that day. By the Way , Staff were Great, They are very friendly and supportive .. I give 5 stars to all of them . Thank you . Keep giving discounts

Wrost service and never cares about customer, took 30 mins to get my clothes after billing. Surprisingly they are saying ur clothes got missed ... Wrost management.. also there is no trailor for alternation.. never go for it.

I faced issues with sales team , 1.KLM begging to give review on exit time it is to worst, 2.after buying please check everything they are replacing damaged product. 3.i love KLM, but amerpet management Worst
