1. Front office staff's response in answering phone calls and dealing with patients is very poor. Scope for improvement in their approach towards patients with empathy, as they reflect the face of the hospital. 2. Reports for CT scan and xray taken in the hospital are not provided at the time of consultation. Only film was provided. On enquiry, understand it is provided only on request latter. Asking patients to visit the hospital again carrying the film to collect the report is not acceptable.

Will give 5 star for Doctors and thier care. But due to poor administration and others I would like to give 0 rating. Recently had my endoscopy done here, they delayed searching for my file, it's fine understandable. Doctors are skilled to perform this procedure within 5 mins for each patient and are hyer fast, appreciable. But when doctor placed the tongue depressor, nurse pulled it out of my mouth and started to wipe it with some chemical cloth/cotton. When doctor asked nurse what she was doing, nurse kept quite. It shook me because in such a reputed hospital the basic is not properly done. But the doctor sterilized the endoscopy parts. I wish the person who came before me was healthy and I didn't get any through his saliva, if it was not sterilized prior. Requesting patients to be more vigilant to these no matter how reputed that hospital might be.

16 years before Dr.Ramalimgam operated on my right side ear. Till this date there is no issue. Now i am operated my left side ear by Dr. Ravi ramalimgam was perfect and no issue Thank you for KKR Hospitals

I was planning to visit your hospital but seeing the reviews and the responses you are giving to them, i just want to see how you gonna curse me cursing for complaints..!! Grow up bro, hope you are the admin who responding to the reviews and not the doctor himself..

They don't respect the patient time, appointment was fixed at 7:30 in the morning for first review and no one gave a positive respone till 9:00am, we were only asked to wait for some more time, very poor time management. The patient will only be respected till the operation is done, for review one has to wait for hours

Doctor Ravi is talented but other staff are very unfriendly, front office receptionist behave rudely and react like .There are no canteen in this hospital, Air conditioner was not working at that time ,don't bring your kids along with you, no proper communication and coordination between Dr and staff and patients,very horrible experience I have got last year but due to Doctor Ravi ,I had referred my in laws recently but senior Dr KK Ramalingam couldn't diagnose her properly and they went to Apolo hospital and returned home with satisfaction. Apolo Hospital Chennai ,is the best .

Can expect wait times of hour plus inspite of appointments. Front staff doesn't care as they have no system to ensure that people with appointments and in queue need to be taken in per appointment. Who jostles with front staff gets in first. Came through referral but will never come back
