Stayed on 10 July 2023. Food is good, breakfast is tasty, tea is too. But Rooms are small with very low quality hard spring mattress, leakage in washroom faucets. Kitchen staff ia very supportive but other staff like room manager very unsupportive and non cooperating staff. .
Our stay at this place was the most pathetic experience v have ever had ....the rooms were untidy..the surrounding was not clean...garbage lying besides the room...there were spiders web in the room ..loose electric wires were hanging from the roof ...the curtains rod was broken. Bedsheets were dirty..the swimming pools water was dirty...there were worms and mosquitos in the water....on the top of all their staff was very rude specially the lady who's suppositely the cook was very arrogant... Food was not upto the mark...there was no water in the room....no television...and no intercom...improperly managed...not recommended at all.... total waste of money.
Very beautiful n amazing place in igatpuri is this. Amazing food with best quality of oil n hygiene, nic location near to bhavli dam, wonderful rooms n well behaved staff, no negative point. And special thanks to lakshmi mam who accomodate so well that love to visit again.

Place is very pretty to go with family. Postive:- Food was great, Had special arrangement for us as our family was big and also had dj, Ambience was very nice Drawbacks:- Major drawback was that they didnt had any games to play not even basic indoor game and it was little pricy
The food was excellent.the place is well maintained. Everything was amazing it was a stunning experience.
