The location of the hotel is good it's on maine road. Good for people who are coming from outside Gujarat and there is a wine shop behind the hotel. For wine you need to take a permit which they make instant. If you are coming by car please bring the patrol bill with you and the RC and residence proof that you're coming from outside Gujarat. Or coming by train and flight so you need show tickets.
The employees don't show any hospitality and also denied the use of a public washroom by saying there was no water available. Not at all acceptable and worst service
The quality of bathroom accessories are far below average and particular Towel quality are very poor. Quality of breakfast at par, but advise to avoid.
Very bad management of hotel n also staff working on slow motion.we waited for lunch 1h then they don't serve food properly n also food quality n taste was average some food items are too spicy for eat some of them are tasteless ..350 was high price for that type of food...hotel should work on their some things like food taste n proper management of staff n services...
We visit twice for lunch.... Everytime suffering bad experience.. We do advance booking.. Management got a call from senior or owner and they gives table.... "Yaha Khane ke pehchan jaroori he"... If you want to run restaurant by this way why you accept booking..
I have visit here for food. Food is good. But once there too much rush then food quality is not upto the mark.
We had lunch but the price was a bit higher and regarding service we were not satisfied... But overall good.
I stayed for one night during my visit to Rajkot. I do not recommend it for family. This is more of a couple hotels for hourly lending. A sophisticated OYO. The receptionist was so rude and careless to offer me a room at the same time so friendly with a few couples waiting to get room for an hour or two. Maybe this hotel is not interested in business travellers intending to stay overnight. He made me wait for 1 hour before room , at the same time , the hourly couples were getting room so quickly and easily. Maybe they are more profitable. Disappointed as a business traveller. I recommend it for unmarried couples who want to enjoy their short stay.
