We bought Hero Flash EV from the showroom. The Digital meter display doesn't show the status of the battery properly. It always shows the battery is full and suddenly drops when the battery bis completely drained. It's very difficult to handle the EV vehicle if the battery indicator is wrong. We immediately notified Hero representative Pravin however still haven't got this rectified. During first service the showroom owner is saying its a common problem and many customers complaint about it. It's so frustrating they didn't reveal this before buying and Hero is least bothered to fix this.
Customer service is very bad. The Meter is faulty and it is pain to get it replaced. There is no proactive resolution from the company yet. They have very bad customer support. They deliver bad not working meter and never fix it. There is only one support person called Praveen and he never picks calls. Even after 3 months after delivery they did not fix bad meter. Never ever buy from this company

Online prices are cheaper than showroom. They are not customer friendly during delivery
