Located in Hyatt Regency. Tried their Pasundi Fish Tikka. Amazing taste and good quantity. Thai Red Curry was also great. Overall a great place for Dinner !

The food was absolutely delicious. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes from Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Everything I tried was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of flavor.
The atmosphere at Kitchen at 95 is elegant and sophisticated. The dining room is spacious and well-lit, and the tables are well-spaced. There is also a bar area where you can enjoy a drink before or after your meal.
The service at Kitchen at 95 was excellent. Our server, Ashraf, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that our meal was perfect.
The only downside to my experience at Kitchen at 95 was the air conditioning. It was not working properly, but I'm sure that this is something that can be adjusted.
Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at Kitchen at 95. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and luxurious meal in Ludhiana.

Morning breakfast was amazing. We just loved food service and spread. They server almost every thing in breakfast. And service was very good.
We had dinner also there. We ordered some starters and main course. Food was good and service was also good.

Recently visited this place for buffet dinner & it was a good experience. Buffet was based on Rajasthan & Punjab theme. Since we went bit early, staff were extremely attentive. Maans, Kulcha Chhole & Kachori were very well prepared, good spread in desserts. However it seemed that the home made chicken curry could have been better.
I enjoyed the ambiance and loved the food; although the dragon chicken was a bit effy.
My experience was further improved by the promptness and courtesy shown by our server Afsar. :)
I do recommend the place and would definitely be back to give that special "Atta Chicken" a try.
For such exorbitant prices, the food quality is poor. We went for my father's birthday and ordered a la carte. The daal makhni was the worst, bland and too thick. For dessert we ordered ras malai, and probably the worst i had in my entire life - cold and stale. At least get regional delicacies right. The food was comparable to a 1 star restaurant with prices 10x higher
Visited with family for dinner. Had no reservations.... But we were promptly seated and very well attended by the attentive staff. The food was extremely delicious and portion size was quite good.

Nice ambience. Excellent service. Quantity of food is also good. Loved the taste of palak paneer with daal makhni. Oreo shake was also greatly prepared. All in all a good experience when visited for a lunch outing.

Good and cheap . I m loving it. I have ordered the veg and nonveg burgers and literally taste was awesome. Veg burgers are extra Creamy but can be guide accordingly. Anyhow the taste was awesome. We have got to know that chef got trained in Singapore
Have visited this place multiple times,got to know about this place by friend's recommendation. My preference has always been the weekend brunch. It is actually priced reasonably however you can try multiple food cuisines.
